I second the Cat & Mouse game, my 4 year old loves that game. Pen The Pig, The LadyBug Game, and Balloon Lagoon are all games that my littles love to play.

I loved hi ho cherryo as a kid and don't break the ice! I also liked guess who, connect four, any of the magnet fishing type games, pick up sticks, or just legos.

Don't Break the Ice is fun, but my 8 and 4 year old still want me to set it up every time. It's not easy for little hands to do.
