Nutrition-Packed Sensory-Friendly Bars/Cookies?

Does anyone have a recipe for something mildly sweet that resembles a cookie or bar that is jam-packed with fruits, veggies, and grains? G's oral sensory issues are in a bad spiral right now and he is severely limited in what he can tolerate. I really do not want to put him on something chemical-laden like PediaSure, so if I can find a recipe like is described above I think we could avoid it. TIA!

I'm not sure how your guy does with textures etc but try these granola bars you can sub in pureed fruit/veggies for the apple sauce and tweak it so there is less sugar and more fruit in them. My little guy with oral sensory issues prefers the baked version over the non baked version though. We put a bunch of dried fruit in them as well.
