This is when my babe was 6 days old...i think it might be the only nursing pic i have......probably because **I** take 99% of the pics..LOL! Gotta get DH to take some toddler nursey pics....

Wow! I only have one of each. The first is DS #1 at 15 moths old, in his halloween costume. The second is DS #2 at about 2 minutes old.

All of those pics are beautiful. I had a hard time bf'ing my first and ended up giving up, then my second was in Nicu and they gave her bottles and said I was unable to bf b/c of meds I had been on ( i know better now) and so as Aidan's birth approaches Im determined to bf and seeing these pics makes me more adamant to do so. Thanks.

Long story, but I nursed my first for 4 wks and my 2nd for only a wk...and I won't say that I COULDN'T...but I didn't have any help and didn't know what else to do, and everyone around me was just, "Just quit...I wouldn't keep trying any longer" etc...

Anyway....these pics are making me cry! They're all SOO beautiful!!

Now that I'm aware and familiar with the community and support that's out there (like DS and such)...and I'm more aware of finding LC's and support groups....I truly hope that a successful breastfeeding experience is in my future!
