Re: EBF stains... no clothesline or bleach. Advice?
I've found EBF stains to come out very easily in the sun, on a good day sometimes less than an hour! Put them out fresh out of the washer. I would certainly try that over using bleach. It's quite hard on your diapers.

Ebf stains will fade over time... But I use 2 cap fulls of bleach and don't have 1 stain

I find I have less staining if I my first rinse is warm water. But, I sun for the few stains that hang on.

Yup, the sun or bleach took care of all our EBF stains no prob. If you want to prevent more going forward, rinse the poo dipes before dropping them in the pail. I started using my sprayer on all poops and we haven't had a stain that even needed sun since.

I live in FL too and I know we have super hard water so you might want to add a cloth diaper safe fabric softener to your prefolds or they will become stiff and scratchy. Let the sun do the work on the stains and then throw them in the dryer.
