Best bottle for ebf older babies?

We are just now introducing the bottle at 10 months. I need to take care of my father which means sometimes I need to be away and also it means I need to night wean him. We tried this bottle because a friend had a new one and he took it almost right away. But it leaks EVERYWHERE.

Both of my girls did very well with the cheapo Gerber bottles when I was away from them. My nephew who was strictly EBF and absolutely refused every single other bottle would take the Gerber one as well. I'm sorry you have to night-wean before you are ready.

GL!

Tommee Tippee. Most of my friends EBF, as well as I do and that bottle is consistently the one that a breastfed baby will take. I don't recommend them for little babies because the flow on the slow flow is pretty fast, but it works for five months and up.

We have had good luck with playtex drop ins. My last baby was EBF and liked those best. My two month old just got her first bottle yesterday while I was at the hospital and she liked it as well. Lu's they are easy to use with the storage bags.

Why not skip the bottles and go right to sippy?

GL!
These work for us as well. I got the glass ones with the "infant" nipple in a three pack at target, and still use them for my 17 mo on occasion.

We tried all kinds - he did best with Avent, dr. Brown, playtex dropins, and the nuby bottle. We tried tommie tippie and didn't care for it. Also check out mumijumi or something like that- heard good things about it.
