Apparently, the baby had been having nosebleeds and they laid her down to sleep after a bottle and she never woke up. The mother is only 19. I hope she has a really strong support network. I couldn't imagine dealing with that at my age, let alone as a teenager.

How aweful. That sounds like maybe some kind of hemorrhage issue potentially. My heart goes out to the family. Nothing compares to the pain of losing a child.
