Rehoboth's boardwalk is best your age group. Their funland is covered which is awesome and it's so much cheaper than OC's boardwalk. We stay in OC, MD but go to Rehoboth's boardwalk.

We did Bethany Beach, DE last summer and really enjoyed it. I haven't been to Rehobeth or OC, MD since I was a kid so I can't really compare. I love Fenwick Island, DE too, but no boardwalk.

Ocean City NJ. Family Friendly, they don't serve alchol in town (you can buy it and bring it in from out of town if you are drinkers)
They have the beach, boardwalk, two amusement piers, crabbing, fishing, boating, pirate boat ride on the bay, parasailing, waverunner rentals...lots of fun!
I have spent the last 40 summers there!

Its an island so you can literally walk from the beach side of the island to the bay side of the island if you wanted to. Its about 10 blocks. The boardwalk is 2 miles long.

I like Island Beach State Park in NJ. It is a very pretty beach and the largest reserve of undeveloped barrier Island. Point Pleasant in NJ has a big boardwalk with lots of rides, games, shore food, and an aquarium.
