I've seen people just tape the crayons with the paper on the to a canvas. The wax just pours out.

I saw it on pinterest too...and I recommend keeping the paper ON the crayon!!! The only reason why I unwrapped them was because I was using two different brands.

All I did was get a canvas and (what you're supposed to do is hot glue or craft glue the crayon to the top of the canvas)...then, using a hair dryer, the crayons heat then melt. it takes a long time (at least longer than I expected)! But I love the way it turned out! Some of my crayons melted quicker than the others and I'm guessing it was due to the consistency of the different brands... I will be doing my second pretty soon, with a little offerer technique! (also from pinterest) I wish I were this creative!
