I forgot to add the bamboo fleece is Scraps!! Sorry about that! They are large enough for small soakers , wipes, etc. Fixing that now!

What would you say the average size of your terry and knit scraps are?

The knits are mostly from cutting OS diapers, so most are able to get 4 wide by 8-12 tall. Some are larger. The FT cuts are larger, most are large triangle cut outs. I typically use these for bibs or a large 10x10 wash cloth and a small wash cloth. Some are smaller and longer.
