what to do w/ leftover sauce from crockpot chicken?

The other day I made shredded chicken breasts in the crockpot, and now I have all the juices leftover over and feel like I should do something with it instead of just tossing it all. To the chicken breasts I added: taco seasoning, jalapeno, a can of diced tomatoes, and oil. So that's what the sauce/juice is. Any ideas for this stuff or should I throw it away? Thanks!

You can make a spicy gravy for mashed potatoes. Use it to make greens. Use it as a broth for cooking noodles or pasta.

If you like rice, I would use it instead of water. If you don't have enough liquid add water to get what you need. You could also freeze it use for Spanish rice next time you want to make it.

Soup. Add water or broth to it and boil it back up and add a can of corn, a can of black beans, some diced onions and some rice if you feel like it. Cook till the onion is soft and toss in some of the shredded chicken if you have some left. Then serve with nachos, shredded cheese and sour cream on top. Yummy

I strain it through 6-8 layers of cheesecloth, freeze it, and use it for most anything I would normally use chicken broth for.
