Picking from the hat...

Got these in a lotto, and we just don't reach for them like I thought we would...

2 VGUC GroBaby shells with snap in inserts in orange and cream. No stains!

To enter, post a fun free place I could take my 19 month old this summer besides the zoo and the library- we're sick of them and it's only June! Winner will pay $3 to help with shipping.

On Monday, June 18 at 8:00 pm ET I will put all entries into a bucket and DH will pull out a winner. Good Luck!

A great place if you have one nearby would be a botanical garden. They're really pretty this time of year and kids always have fun seeing the birds & butterflies & other animals

We live at the pool! Also, the Y(in my area at least) gives a week of free swimming lessons to all age groups!

Edit: Looks like you're in my area! lol Check out the Y's they have lots of free stuff throughout the summer!

I was going to suggest water parks or pools.

Also natural sights such as georges or waterfalls.

Childrens museum or other hands on museums.

I would try local parks with kids play areas. I like to take my dd to parks to wander around, go on a picnic or just veg and watch her play for a while.

Splash pads are fun if you have any nearby. We also like Barnes and Noble, as it has a train table. Parks are fun and you can always pack a picnic lunch! My kids also LOVE to go to Lowes. They like to visit the showers, lawn tractors, and the kitchen cabinet area. If you have any museums in your area some have free kid activities or free admission days. Oh and Bank of America (if you are a card holder) has museums on us on one weekend a week. http://museums.bankofamerica.com/

Do you have a splash pad or small pool close by? What about a bounce house or toddler gymnastics. We like to go to the big toy store and look at all the new stuff also.

In the summer, we like Barnes and Noble on the days when it's NOT story time. Ours has a great play area with a train table and a little theater.

Also, do you have an IKEA nearby? Their children's area has toys set up like ride ons, tents, kitchen sets. And they are very kid-friendly throughout the rest of the store. I've spent many summer mornings there just letting the kids play, then having a quick lunch. In the AM during the week it's not crowded at all.

Enter me please. We love to take my 3yr old son to Home Depot. The 1st Saturday of the month from 9-12 they have a free kids workshop. So much fun!

i was going to suggest free movies during the summer at your local theater (there are two theaters in my area that do this), but your lo might be too young. otherwise the public pool is sometimes free or pretty cheap. my daughter also loves to ride the tourist bus in our downtown area (that only cost about .50cents)..just walking the mall can be fun too
