I will trade you my Asher for your Asher. My Ash is almost 4, housebroken and very determined. So determined that even though he was falling asleep before dinner he is still awake testing my patience. He has a great sense of humor too! As I lovingly cuddled with him to try and lull him to sleep he yelled at me "I don't need love!!!" I then tried to demand it by saying "you have to sleep because I am the mother and you are the child" his response was "I am your mother! Do you hear me I am still a mother!!" So please, please, please trade with me!

Same here, DS just turned 16 mo. Grr. Honestly, and I k ow not everyone agrees with this, timeout works better than anything for us...1minute.

Oh please I have a 17 mo old that won't leave the baby alone, try's to steal anything on the table next to me (jealous I know) and will only eat things she puts on her plate. The plus side: she very carefully places herself on the ground and throws a silent fit!
