Put her down at 7:30 and she woke up at 6:15. Thats better than 5:45!!! Waiting in my Amazon swag gc to buy the clock

It seems so silly, but putting my daughter to bed earlier (to a point) helps her sleep better. It was when we went from an 8:00 bedtime to a 7:00 bedtime that she started sleeping better. Now she sleeps from 7:00 or so to 6:45.

Hope that the good sleep continues!
