Help! El Paso/Ft Bliss short term housing

My husband has a govt. job and just got the call today for a detail in El Paso, Tx near Ft. Bliss. He did this last year for 3 months as well and the children and I were only able to go out to visit once for an extended weekend over Thanksgiving. He is leaving in 2 days (on Saturday) and we are hoping to follow him in about a week or so, but we are trying to find a house for rent that is short term, furnished, and allows at least 2 dogs plus my husbands work dog. They also would have to accept credit cards since the govt is paying for the housing, so it most likely can't be just some Joe Shmo renting out their second house. Any help would be great! We are hoping to find someone to watch our dogs instead, but 3 months is a long time so I don't know if that is going to work out.
