Baby Jogger City Mini
I just sold my City Select, which is bulky and just too much stroller for us, and got a City Mini. I bought it without really reading reviews or anything, and I NEVER do that.
Anyone have the City Mini? I wanted something small and lightweight that's easy to fold. I didn't want an umbrella because we do longer walks sometimes over dirt and grass and DD falls asleep. Will this stroller work? Do you like yours?

Re: Baby Jogger City Mini
I LOVE LOVE LOVE mine. I've had 15 strollers (both high and low end) and it is BY FAR my favorite. For comparison, I talked DH into a City Select last year, but when I went to see it in person, I hated it and didn't buy it. The City Mini has a taller seat, and a super simple fold.
Don't waste your time with the tray. It is super high. But, with the napper bar set in the middle position and the canopy taken off, it will hold a bucket. This is way cheaper than the carseat attachment (which doesn't work with Onboard 35 but the napper bar does). I use a Sunshine Kids/Diono parent console, which is about $10 on Amazon and works just fine. I have a Mountain Buggy double that I bought spur of the moment on a good sale, and wish that I had waited and bought the City Mini double instead.

I have one and I like it a lot. We got it right before a trip to Disney last summer when DS was 2.5. He did figure out how to undo the straps very quickly. The basket underneath is rather hard to get things into, but then I realized I can unsnap it and make more room to put things in it. It turns very nicely and is the handle is high enough that we aren't hunched over pushing it. The shading it great and the recline is too. Very simply pick up and put in the car. Only other complaint is that at 3.5, DS seems to almost be to big for it. But, he is almost 42 inches tall.

Re: Baby Jogger City Mini
I'll need a double stroller for DS2 and DS3 once DS4 is born in November... I've been drooling over the City Mini Double. I'll have to try one before buying though. DS2 will have just turned 3, and he's already pretty tall.

Re: Baby Jogger City Mini
i recently bought mine and LOVE it.. the only thing i dont love is the lack of a cup holder and the hard to access basket... but if someone said you could unsnap it, i will look into that.. but wont it make it drag or stuff slide out?

I bought one and took it back a week later. I kicked the axle and wheels and my dd HATED it. We went back to our Chicco Cortina and she never makes a peep. We don't use it too often aI there was no need for two full-size at once. Ido however reallllly miss the fold and how tiny it is.

I have a city elite, which is larger, it's still easy to fold, and my 44" ods fits in it just fine.
