Anyone have a good website of how to fold the prefolds and which fabric do you use? What's the difference between prefolds and fitted?

Green Mountain Diaper's website has a ton of info on everything. I use the red edge prefolds with Flips and love it (red fits perfectly into a fully expanded Flip, but the next smaller size would work just as well). I just trifold along the seams and throw them in there.
