Re: July TTC #1 -No Children Mentioned-

I'm glad you had a shorter cycle, even thought that still seems way too long for TTC, I'm sure! I finally landed myself a job - at Gymboree, ha! - so hopefully we'll be building up our savings and I can replenish my craft supplies (diaper making) and start getting some fluffyness. And I can't wait to take advantage of my store discount.

That's so exciting you got a job! If I worked there, I'd probably be way too tempted to buy cute baby stuff all the time. I love to go look at the baby stuff at stores, like yesterday we were at the mall and I had to look at the baby stuff in H&M and Nordstrom rack...I haven't actually bought any brand new baby stuff, but I'm not sure I could help myself if I had a discount and was around it all the time.

Yah shorter cycle is good for sure, but it would be nice if I could get it 10 days shorter.

That is adorable! They just had a sale where everything in the store was $13.99 or less. A lot of their stuff normally retails for $40 or so, so it was a huge steal! Their reward system is called gym-bucks and they are about to start a seasonal special where for every $50 you spend, you get $25 gym-bucks back. That is so crazy! She also explained the quality of the clothes to me (they always accept returns for quality defects) and it has made me feel good about working there.

With my store discount I will hopefully be buying lots of cute accessories. I love their matching sets!

Rebecca, so sorry af found you. it's just not fair to get your crazy cycles. What a tease.

Jess, congrats on the new job! I love Gymboree and the children's place. The both have awesome sales and their clothes are great quality. I am always snatching up something hood for less than $10 for my nephew at the end of a season.

Those owl outfits are adorable. Sometimes owl things seem dull and glum but those are bright & cheery. Too bad the sleeper was so little- it was a great deal!

Afm, I spent the entire day knitting! I raided my mom's leftover yarn stash last night and found some decent yarn. On the way home the pile shuffled around a little and i was suddenly inspired to make candy corn hats. I have 2 finished already and started the third. (there's a little baby boom going on in my family so I want t o get going on my crafts so I have some homemade gifts to give either when baby arrives or at the shower. Here's a pic of what I have finished this week already.

Re: July TTC #1 -No Children Mentioned-

I haven't posted in a while. DH and I decided to take a break this cycle for various reasons and I haven't kept track of my cycle day or O day. He had to go out of town and I went camping with my family for a few days but we were both back for our 3rd anniversary yesterday. Next month we plan to return to our usual TTC.

That sleeper is so cute! Too bad it's in tiny sizes. I'd be tempted to buy some of that owl stuff if it was in person/didn't have to pay shipping. I'm way too cheap when it comes to shipping.

Good luck to everyone on TTC at the moment. We are finally leaving tomorrow to go back home..I'm glad, lol had a little too much of my family.

Re: July TTC #1 -No Children Mentioned-

Yay for coming home! Okay, so I was going through my favorite shops on Etsy and I found a few owl links that you just have to see. Warning: tiny, adorable models - hehe

And seriously, just look at this whole shop. You are talented enough that you could DIY these, I'm sure.

Okay, so I go to fill out paperwork for Gymboree tomorrow, then Tuesday morning I have an appointment with a "specialist" in gynecology. Apparently he's really good, so hopefully I will have a better idea what's going on afterwards.

Hey everyone! It's been extremely busy at work (two drownings and a near drowning all in the same day). So sad on the first two... one was a 3yo who wasn't wearing a life jacket. No matter how much we as rangers stress the importance of wearing them, incidents like those still happen.

Our appt is Tuesday! Yay! I will update when I have more info. I've been on the mobile site the last few days since my computer died, am and waiting for a new one.

Maricarol, I LOVE the candy corn hat!!!
