Same here. I had no idea I could do anything with sour milk, so I googled it. People do all kinds of baking with sour milk. Live and learn. Thanks!

And if you use raw milk, instead of going a nasty type of sour, it turns to a yummy buttermilk!

That is GENIUS! Totally doing this! It never occurred to me to put the dry ingredients in a "shakeable" container!

I didn't even think about using those jars to shake. I guess I have a use for my mason jars now.

Thanks so much for the recipe. I have not bought store bought since and my family likes these better. I make them with wheat flour and they can't get enough.
