Any one use Sam-E for PPD??

I don't know what sam-e is but, I have amazing results with bach flower remdies. Elm or Mustard.

Sam-E is suppose to be good for mood regulatioon. Don't know about use in ppd, but I was told by a dr. that you never really know what amount of stuff you're getting in a supplement.

Bio identical progesterone shots are great for PPD

I've used it for PPD. Please be aware that the crash coming off of it was really bad.
