Yes, minor. I had a few tiny spots removed during a laparoscopy. I had zero trouble conceiving, even with Pcos, up till my early 30s.

I have endo, somehow I don't know what the severity is but I think it was pretty bad b/c I had a large cyst on my ovary and adhesions all over (discovered by ultrasounds and then laparoscopy). I also have fibroids and was told it could be difficult to conceive. 5 months later I got pregnant w/my son. Now he's 16 months and I've got the fever pretty badly and we're trying again. I get acupuncture to help the endo, and take some chinese herbs for it. Good luck to you!

I have stage 4 and luckily, one healthy son. I had suspected I had it for a while before I was diagnosed. Each period was getting more painful, to the point I could hardly move. I was in so much pain I could not have a BM or even pass gas. I was treated with clomd for PCOS while TTC for about 6 months and finally demanded a referral to a specialist because I felt the diagnosis was incorrect. My specialist immediately suspected endometriosis and within 2 months I had surgery and was pregnant with no medication. Only you know your body! Sadly, the pain is getting worse again with each passing month.

Turns out I do have endo and SHOULD get surgery but I'm scared of all the risks involved. Bloodclots and strokes, accidentally knicking my bladder, colon etc. room much sedation and dying!
