So, I have another 9 lbs to lose before goal weight, I'm thinking about cycling and doing another week of injections with the low calorie diet. Based off of what's in the Pounds and Inches Manual in the interruptions section, it'll be like taking a break and continuing on my 43 day protocol. I's really like to get in the 180s and I really think I'm good on the stabilizing weight.

Yes, it really does work! And I feel like it really jump started things, including healthy eating habits.

Cycling is when you don't do a full phase 3 or 4 and go back into a phase 2.
