10 Day P3, now cycling to phase 2.

8/21 Day 1 - 195
8/22 Day 2 - 193.6
8/23 Day 3 - 192.2
8/24 Day 4 - 192.8 (I had wine, popcorn, and chips and black bean salsa last night I am so weak.)
8/25 Day 5 - 191.2 (i recorded this wrong apparently. In my app it's 191.2, I think the 190 was from a later weigh in.)
8/26 Day 6 - 189.8
8/27 Day 7 - 189
8/28 Day 8 - 188.2
8/29 Day 9 - 186.2
8/30 Day 10 - 186.6
8/31 Day 11 - 185.8
9/1 Day 12 - 185.8
9/2 Day 13 - 185.4

I think my body wants a break. So, tomorrow might be my last injection, then I will do a 10 day phase 3. I really wanted to time it right with the hcg shipment, though. Should I go for another week to buy a little more time?

I would go one more week to get another week under your belt. Then do a phase 3 for 10-14 days. Not sure how quickly the hCG will get to you, but buying some time will not hurt. You are at goal 1 so all you can do from here is go down more.

Do you do injections during AF?

I forgot to weigh in today. I can tell I am retaining water though. I had too much sodium yesterday. Must flush it out.
