Hi Ladies,
I found the greatest woman who is going to be our doula and do it on a volunteer basis. We don't have the financial means and she is just so amazing. Question is what can I give back to her? Any suggestions and lots of them would be so greatly appreciated

. I want to start preparing what ever I'm going to do as I only have 6 weeks left. I can be crafty at times if I have a good idea of what to do so any suggestions will work (I just can't think of anything right now) She is in her early to mid 20s and has a slightly hippy style to her. Thanks soooo much in advance!!!!!

I'd find out what store she likes and get a gift card with a nice card.

I found jewelry ranging from $14 on up to over $100 at this site. I also looked at another site birth designs with reasonable prices.

Maybe something to expand her business? Make her business cards, write her a glowing reference letter, paint a sign with her business name, get her some books for her reference/lending library...

Do you knit or sew? Maybe something knit for her like a shawl or a scarf? Or if you sew maybe a quilted bag for her to take some of her supplies in?

I got mine a one-hour massage. There are often good deals for massages and other pampering on living social and groupon. I figured she deserved pampering after how well she took care of me :-) I also wrote her a great recommendation on linked in. And I recommend her to EVERYONE!

And of course a hand written thank you card!
