TTC while breastfeeding july 12-22

My DH is freaking out a bit about having another baby too. He was just asking me last night if I was sure we wanted another. My DS was/is such an easy, happy baby, yet DH still thought the newborn stage was overwhelming. I hate to tell him that DS was about as easy as it gets

Lol 3 kids 3 and under.... Thats what we'll have. I'll be honest- now that I'm thinking about it I'm like "holy moley!"
We want more but I dont want the 4th one to be 5 years later when the first 3 are going to be 16 and 22ish months apart. I think DH might want more time between this one and the next one. Or he might not, hes pretty excited about this one. Well see.. but I understand where your coming from!

My LO is 9 months, almost EBF, eats "solids" once or twice a day, but nurses like a monster at night. Anywho, I'm soooo annoyed at having to wait this long! I thought, "I'm young! I'll get pregnant again when she's like 5 or 6 months!" Well, four months later, here we are, still waiting. Sigh. Now I figure hopefully at a year or so we will be pregnant again. Definitely have not O since she was born... I don't get it. How do some women get pregnant when their LO is only like 3 weeks old?! I started on red raspberry leave, but I probably do it too sporadically to have much of an effect on my cycle.

DH wants 2, I want 3 or 4. But we are pretty much on the same page. He's like "Anything after 2 is just a bonus."

Yea, our first was a nightmare... he cried ALL.THE.TIME til he was about 12months...the second just had colic that wore off right around 4 months... he seemed like a breeze! but man, the baby stage has not been good to us and the hubs is not a baby guy! the boys were laughing and playing and chasing each other tonight, and I said its so fun having them close so they can actually play together... he rolled his eyes!! but I know hes thinking it too, we just need to get settled a little more and we'll be on our way!

Dude, I'm really in the 2ww now. I don't know if this is true. Based on my temps it says I am, and I've been cramping some, backache, bloated, ect. But I don't take opks bc I can never get a positive on them. I don't no why I'm
So shocked to be in the 2ww...probably because I have never known when I O and just last month my doc said I wasn't oing because my lining was extremely thick. My cycles are regular still, but I'm 5DPO and if my cycles were normal AF would come on 7DPO...so my lp isn't going to be long enough, but maybe it will not come since my cycles are still unpredictable? I'm so confused by this stuff.

Babynme- I always thought the same thing. I was so fertile when I didn't breastfeed for long. So I assumed bfing wouldn't affect it and I would still be really fertile. Not so much. Baby is 14 1/2mo. And I started taking vitex at 11mo and my cycle came at 12mo. But stayed for like 56 days and it's been so irregular and strange. So yea, some women's bodies are just different. Evening night weaning never helped bring cycle back. Sorry momma

K- ughh my first ppaf lasted heavy for 10 days and then spotting/medium for another 46 days. Ughh, I hope yours eases up! My hubs is more stressed out with the noise and craziness of young children than babies, probably because he doesn't help 1 lick with babes and any noise is quickly comforted with nursing. Lol. But we had our 4th when our oldest was 3 (turned 4 the next week) and there were no multiples. I absolutely adore my kids being super super close. Hubs doesn't get the hurry

I really like how God planned out our children! My older two are 18 months apart and then I didnt get pregnant until right after ds2 had his second bday so I had my children in "sets" sort of! It was a blast getting in shape and just having loads of family fun with our tiny family of four for those almost 3yrs! I wouldn't change a thing. My older two are like best buds and my next set of boys are great friends. Now I have sweet karstyn who is my gal pal so even if God chooses to keep us from having more ill always be grateful for the way he mapped our family out

Hehe... I prayed the other day. I'm like, "Father, I'd like #2 now, if You are okay with that... I know it's not MY timing, but yours, but I'm kinda pining down here..." We shall see!
