Oh, how I hope he stops someday! And, I definitely don't want him to feel like it's bad to ask questions if it's genuine curiosity. I will try to talk to him about it and see if he gets what I'm saying.

My 3 y.o. does this, we usually ask her the question back, or ask what she thinks the answer is, stuff like that. I figured it's just a developmental thing. She's also asking a million why questions.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. It does getting annoying because I *know* he knows the answer to whatever question he's asking. I am getting a fair number of "why" questions too.
