Seriously don't know how it could happen because I drink lots of water.
But yesterday I was thristy ALL DAY. I know they say the first sign of dehydration is actually being thirsty.
I went to bed and woke up this morning and my mouth was so dry, horrible cotton mouth, my lips, everything. And my stomach was cramping and my back aches and I feel so weak and tired.
I looked up symptoms and those are all symptoms. So I am drinking more water. I don't know how this could happen cause I seriously to drink water all day long.
This baby is sucking the life out of me, I swear.

Try drinking a little gatorade between cups of water or something like that; it may "stick" a bit better. Also, i find that if the air is dry i wake up very uncomfortable and thirsty, so if you have a humidifier try turning that on in your room at night.

I keep getting headaches. I'm drinking lots of water too!

The heat this time of year is terrible for dehydration. I find that I have to measure my water to make sure I'm getting enough. I have a huge 32 ounce tumbler from the hospital last time I gave birth, and I found that I really need to drink about 5 of those everyday in this heat.

I drink Gatorade all day long. It's hot here! Ugh!

I get headaches and the Hades thirst. I drink about 70oz or more water a day.

I have been trying to drink lots of water. I used some powder tonight for lemonade cause I am tired of water. I have been peeing like crazy but I guess that's a good thing
