Totally normal and so, so hard. That was the worst sleep regression DD had. I never thought we'd sleep again. I am so glad that the other regressions weren't as bad!

You could try bumping her bedtime up. Sounds counterproductive I know, but at a few months old my kiddos started to need to go to bed early or they had even more night waking problems. We put them down at 7 at that age.

We thought of moving the bedtime because maybe she was overtired or something but she goes to a babysitter during the day and we don't get to see her until 5. For selfish reasons, I keep her up later than maybe I should!

Yep, it's just a phase.
Sleep regression usually happens between 4-5 months of age. I don't have any links for you but if you look up the phrase you will find some good explanations.
