Re: What do you keep in your car

I have a market bag in the back that holds:
reusable grocery bags
baby carrier
bottle of water
spare hat
change of baby clothes
light jacket
sposie
wipes
socks (required for gym class)
umbrella
hand sanitizer
changing pad
travel wetbag

the seat pocket my son's car seat there is usually:
his shoes
a book
some type of singing toy
a sippy cup of water

In the center console:
more hand sanitizer
gum
note pad and pen
sunglasses

I prefer not to lug a diaper bag around if its just me and DS in my car, its so much easier

Um... I have reusable shopping bags, a cart cover that hasn't been used in 10months, an umbrella, a sweater for me and a coat for DD. a blanket, a couple books and toys, the normal emergency stuff - jumper cables, etc... I think that's it. CDs, pens, coins, etc that you find in almost every car.

I pack in and out with the diaper bag. It's just easier as we sometimes take DH's truck and sometimes my car.

I do this also. Inside the bin I have an extra change of clothing & light jacket for each kid, a pack of disposable emergency pottys, large cooler bags for trips to costco, ergo, shopping cart cover and wet wipes. (I feel like I am forgetting something) We also keep our Joovy Ultralight Caboose and a first aid kit in the car. During baseball & soccer we keep 2 folding chairs and a blanket for the kids to sit on in the trunk because we are watching practices/games 3x a week.

ETA: Kleenex & Umbrella.

I need to put an umbrella back in my car. We got caught in heavy rain today and it was awful!

Double stroller, umbrella stroller, Ergo (I like options), beach toys, picnic blanket, tissues, a couple of kids books and toys (depending on what the kids drag with them that day).

Wow, some if you are so prepared. I just have the regular stuff like car papers and pens, ice scraper, some napkins, an extra prayer rug, the stroller, the coupon binder, and there is always a couple misc things dd1 had left in there. Unless she needs something with her inside the house, she leaves pretty much everything in the van. Gr.
