Re: Bento Style Lunches Without The Expensive Kits

How many bento boxes does each kid need? I think I'm up to 5each (that means 20 boxes now live at my house). Today I found these
http://www.sassybaby.com/30024-on-the-go-feeding-set
and bought 2 for our 3 year old. I also got a ton of fondant cutters to make cute little shapes,2 sizes of silicone muffin cups and some really tiny and cute cocktail forks.
Now I just have to wait for school to start in about 6 weeks

Where did you find the sassy boxes? I've been searching for them with no luck.

What size are these containers? I may be interested in something like that for my dd. Would it fit in a crocodile creek size lunch bag?

'

Here are the Dimensions I found on Target's website: 2.48 " H x 7.72 " W x 8.66 " L

I searched for the crocodile creek lunch bag and if you have the rectangular shaped one it should fit the dimensions for those are 10" x 7.5"

Re: Bento Style Lunches Without The Expensive Kits

Today 2 decent sized boxes from amazon showed up at my door with more bento supplies. I got some silicone mini muffin cups, some cute mini cookie cutters 3 more Gerber mealtime organizers(bringing our total to 8). What I was really excited about was the Annabel Karmel boxes. I really like everything about these. I'm going to try them at home for a few days, and if they work out I will order 4 more
At this point savings have gone out the door, and it would have been much cheaper to have just bought the laptop lunches kits and quit. Now I'm having a lot of fun,and hopefully our girls(and maybe our older son)will enjoy the lunches
