Diaper Swappers

She decided to come 24 hours early! Birth mom was set for an induction tomorrow morning at 5am and she woke up at 5am THIS morning in labor! 6lbs 5oz, 20 inches long! She was born at 9:30am. We hadn't even made it out of our state before she was born! But we got here at 5pm and she's been in my arms almost every minute since! We have our own room but BM is right next door and visits sometimes. Mostly because she's bored. I'm hoping we will be discharged tomorrow but I don't know the hospitals policy, do we'll see. I'll update in the morning. Here's some pictures...
