Diaper inserts all turned yellow in the wash!

Washed my diapers today and all of the microfiber inserts came out yellow! On the flip inserts, the microfiber side is yellow but not the quick dry side. Has anyone had this happen? I have been washing these diapers for over a month with no issue and all of a sudden this happens. Any ideas? No change in detergent, though I did use hotter water than normal (but I have done this before). There was a blowout diaper in the mix, but my baby is breastfed and only 2 months old so I didn't think it was a big deal (again, I've had big poop diapers in there before). At first I thought it was staining on that particular insert but then saw all of them were that way. I am so annoyed and frustrated! If anyone has had this happen and can explain it, that would be great. Or tips for getting them back to normal. I am going to try bleach.

Are you in a drought area? we kind of are and our water is super funky right now - lots of extra additives it seems.

I second the additives in the water get a water test kit and change your wash routine accordingly

That's weird. I used Oxiclean last night and it turned some of my inserts blue. I've been using it once a week with no issues until last night.

We have had rain for a week straight, so no drought, and we are on city water. I ran them through a second time with an extra rinse and they are some better. I will try soaking and/bleaching and test the water if that doesn't work.
