I understand there are lower shipping rates, but in order to get funds from paypal sooner than 21 days I need to get a tracking number. It jacks up the shipping prices considerably.

Delivery conformation- it is what pp gives you for free if you ship through them. It is also considerably cheaper to ship through pp. all you need is a printer or go to the library to print the labels. That's what I do to save in shipping :-)
