I am so ticked right now. I bought a backpack for dd on ebay. It came with holes in the bottom and dried snot on it. That seller was cool, refunded me, and told me to donate it.

So, bought a different backpack on ebay. Just got it and it also has holes on the bottom. Big ones that they sewed shut and 2 small ones they didn't sew. None of which was disclosed.

Bought a lunchbox and water bottle also on ebay. Also came today and the lunchbox has cuts all over the inside. At least 20. And the water bottle top has been chewed. Also not disclosed.

Neither accept returns, but I'll file a case and win. But, I'll have to pay return shipping and be out money. I'm so ticked. I wish they would change that rule. It's not my fault the sellers are lying scammers! There's NO WAY these issues were accidentally missed. They are wayyyy too obvious. Ugh.

I'm buying backpacks and lunchboxes new from now on!

I recently had a terrible experience with ebay and called and complained and they (ebay) covered the return shipping!

I just won't buy from there anymore. Seems like getting a good deal isn't as easy as it used to be. I just bought a brand new Hirajuki whatever backpack from the goodwill for $3.99!!! Still has tags on it! And since Toys R Us has the $12.99 backpack w/free lunch box, why bother looking for a decent used one?

ugh, b/c I wanted to get my girls Justice backpacks. And they are $30 on SALE. I rather pay the $30 and not deal with this.

Backpack lady responded and said basically "well I put it was used, and the holes are on the bottom, so it's still in excellent condition". I told her USED is different than HOLES. And an item with holes is not excellent condition!

Called ebay, they said to message her back and say she needs to pay return shipping. They said if she doesn't agree, to open up a case and let them take it from there.

You're just not having good luck with the net at all lately are you? VS lady, jbucks, now backpacks and lunchboxes? Is it a full moon or what?!

I bought my 2 oldest DS NWT Jansport backpacks at the Goodwill last month for $5.00 each!!!

wow...this is why I avoid internet buying in general (except DS)...I want to hold it in my hand first. I'm sorry you have run into such crummy sellers. I think it makes it even worse that you are such an HONEST seller...you do right by everyone and then you get screwed
