I was taking prenatals but they made me ill so I switched to my kids gummies temporarily. I'm feeling better so I'll likely switch back.

Re: What are you taking for vitamins?

I only use a food based prenatal (Rainbow Light) right now because that's about all I can stomach . I will probably start taking fish oil soon though and using other stuff for placenta health like alfalfa a little later on (mine seem to deteriorate sooner than normal, which is probably why I go early. Still kinda scary when your placenta is falling apart at just 38 weeks, which is the longest I've gone, though so I'm trying to aid that area if possible).

Love the rainbow lights! I also take Nordic naturals prenatal DHA and if you keep it in the freezer there is no taste or fishy burps

I am also taking a food based prenatal on my better days. I've been bad about skipping them on days I feel extra nauseous. I think I'll add in some type of fish oil or dha when my nausea *hopefully* passes for good.
