Confused, please help

Am reading about all these counterfeit ergo carriers. I really need one but now I'm scared to buy it. How do you know it is real before buying? I just don't want to jeopardize my baby's safety. Any help is much appreciated.

The only way to be sure you are getting the real deal is to buy one from Ergo directly or from one of their authorized sellers.

There are also so many SSC's out there other than Ergo. Maybe there is another brand that would suit your needs better? I have heard really good reviews of Babyhawk Oh Snaps! I have been babywearing for 6+ years, but don't do SSC's (wrap only) so cannot give you a ton of advice. I am a smaller mama (narrow shoulders) and Ergo never worked for me. But there are tons of brands out there.
