My Mood:
I have just found out my DD has pits --microscopic holes-- in her teeth from reflux.
Reflux is controlled and I assume was related to her dairy allergy.

Until all of her teeth are resurfaced, I have to find a way to keep sugar from being in her mouth. It really isn't a matter of rinsing the teeth afterwards, because of the pits, it doesn't have to be on there long at all.

She eats like a typical 4 yo. I can nix the obvious but there are a few things she adores on occasion:
Oatmeal on occasion, and she loves making cookies w Mom (I do too ).
She eats fruit and plenty of breaded deliciousness- Mac and soy cheese, other bread products.
I can't/won't put her on a low carb diet.

Any other tips for making any of these better options?

I am researching fermented cod liver oil, trying to find the better option- taste wise.

I don't have food solutions, but the Cinnamon Tingle FCLO/Butter oil blend is my 21 month old daughter's most favorite thing ever! She begs me for it every day. It's a little "spicy" so not sure if that would be an issue for your little one. Might be worth trying.
