kind of upset..

so went for check up today. the midwife said i have to stop breastfeeding and start drinking a liter of milk a day i dont drink milk. and i cant take vit. they make me i can smell them and when i try to swallow my throat closes up..

ok thats it. had a crappy day.. blah blah blah

Why? I don't drink milk....ever. Do you have viactiv over there? They taste like chocolate(or other things) if you need calcium.

Now, why do you have to drink milk? I don't drink milk either and it makes me sick. Tell her it makes you sick if you drink it!

Also, why do you have to stop bf? Do you have complications f/ previous pregnancies? Then I'd understand. If not, I don't see why.

because finland only has sun 3-4 months out of the entire year. so that is where vit. D comes from. so i have to get it from milk. say the midwife..

i know they have some gross milk shakes. like ensure chocolate flavor but those taste milky to me and i cant drink them..

blahahhahahah and i ate my last jolly rancher that Melissa sent . thats even worse

oh yeah she said i can get it from cheese if i dont drink milk but will need to eat 150 grams a day

oh yeah and for the breastfeeding. i havent had any problems yet. i told her that if i do i will stop. but she said its not healty for me or the baby

well im not gonna stop. she says he doesnt need it any longer. but i dont care. he is still my little baby and im still gonna nurse him. if i start to get contractions then i will stop right away
