Could you post up close pics of the carrier or of you wearing your 2 year old? I can't seem to find any online that are upclose. |

Re: New Boba Air?
I just wonder if it will be hot since nylon doesn't breathe.

That's what I wonder, too. We have some chunky kiddos and love Boba. |

Re: New Boba Air?
I was under the impression that nylon breathes...hence the reason I use Dappi nylon covers.

Re: New Boba Air?
Nylon does not breathe. It can't wick away moisture and allow water/sweat to evaporate. That means the sweat stays between you, baby and the carrier.
I think I just talked myself out of buying this carrier unless some other mama that lives in a humid, hot climate says it works wonders to keep ya cool

Re: New Boba Air?
I found this re: nylon
http://m.rei.com/mt/www.rei.com/expe...paring_Fabrics And I'm guessing they called it "air" for a reason...

Re: New Boba Air?
I tried it on with my 2.75 year old today. First off I was surprised how it was just like an anorak rain coat. He insisted being on my front so we tried that. I will say the back clips were reeeeally digging into my shoulder blades but he is too big to be on the front. I was surprised how well it seemed to hold his weight. I do not think it would be comfortable for long periods of time though. There is just no padding. I am still torn. I could see where it would be a good diaper bag carrier but I don't know if I would be comfortable all day. The shape and design pretty close to the latest boba which I like.
