I'd be feeling pretty good too! My final goal weight is just about where I was in college. I was about 156 then and I'm aiming for 160.

You can do it! Don't worry about messing up. Just get back on track as soon as you can.

I am BAD on a fairly regular basis, unfortunately. I work 12 hr shifts and when I get home I eat everything in sight. It's like I can't control myself. Then I feel super guilty so I feel your pain.
