Wanting to purchase non-toxic carpet.

Does such a thing exist? We're looking to replace the carpet in our bedrooms but don't want the chemical-laden stuff.

I don't think you will find anything unless you want to spend big $$. We have all old hard wood throughout our whole house. I would recommend replacing it with wood or some other hard floor and get some non toxic rugs. I have heard that a large percentage of dirt and dust can never be cleaned out of carpet.

We have hard floors throughout the rest of the house but my husband is pretty set about wanting carpet in the bedrooms.

I'll try looking into wool. Maybe one room at a time wouldn't be so bad.
