Wanting to purchase non-toxic carpet.
Does such a thing exist? We're looking to replace the carpet in our bedrooms but don't want the chemical-laden stuff.

Wool. It's big money.

Re: Wanting to purchase non-toxic carpet.
I don't think you will find anything unless you want to spend big $$. We have all old hard wood throughout our whole house. I would recommend replacing it with wood or some other hard floor and get some non toxic rugs. I have heard that a large percentage of dirt and dust can never be cleaned out of carpet.

I'll try looking into wool. Maybe one room at a time wouldn't be so bad. |
