I agree with the ingender.com suggestion!! Upload the pic there in their Ultrasound Prediction forum and they will give you their thoughts (they have a few u/s techs that answer posts there as well!).

Yeah, full profile body shot is how a perinatologist would do a gender guess. There will be a line right below the waist and if it's up it's a boy, if it's flat it's a girl. I was told it was correct 75% of the time.

You want a profile shot that includes the "nub" which at the nuchal scan both boys and girls have. They guess on it based on the "angle of the dangle" so to speak in-gender is good for guesses but a newer forum that doesn't crash as much is Gender Dreaming.

You can't tell from that picture. It isn't really a money shot. A money shot would be the butt area. You see the legs in that shot but not really in between them. None of the gender shots I see are from that angle. Also at the NT screen you need to angle of the nub in relation to the spine other wise the presence of one doesn't mean anything because even girls have nubs at that gestation.

You won't be able to tell from that angle or at least guess. You don't even see the genital area.
