I keep telling myself there is a baby an I have all of the symptoms also no it was a stationary machine. I finally stopped spotting though, maybe that's good? They say you spot consistently with a blighted ovum so perhaps it's telling me hey there's a baby in here!

I have had that and unfortunately it didn't end well for me, however, lots of people it does. I would just try to hold on to the hope that there IS still a chance you are just super early and not showing yet.

I had a blighted ovum in February and never spotted. I had NO idea something was wrong but by the time I should have been 9 weeks, there was still no baby so we knew there wasn't a chance.

((HUGS)) mama, this "not knowing" stage SUCKS!

I hate the waiting game it is just awful. Did your levels double throughout the 9 weeks?

I hope you good news tomorrow. Hopefully you just ovulated later than you thought!

I had a BO between 2 and 3 with no spotting.

I have had it happen with 3 of my 5 pregnancies. My ob has you come in for an ultrasound as soon as you get a positive blood test, and I always seem to find out super early, lol. My HCG levels are always crazy high and off the charts too which adds to the confusion and fear. Each time I came back 7-10 days later and saw the baby with a strong heartbeat though, so try to hang in there! I've also had spotting with all of my pregnancies except the current one. Praying for good news tomorrow!

I'm not sure. After my 6 week ultrasound they called and said my levels looked normal. I never had them taken after that.
