I am just about to buy this for the girls as soon as some of their gummies are used up. It's on my Amazon wishlist, where's the cheapest you've found it? Think I'm using a kids' Centrum for them right now? Switching them over to the above soon.

Re: Does your Child take a supplement?

We eat a paleo/primal healthy diet and i have my children take the following supplements:
1. Vit D - 1000IU/day
2. Carlson's Fish Oil capsule daily
3. Animal Parade Greenz

I don't believe in multi vitamins though except for prenatals when you're TTC/pg/nursing.

No, my kids do not at this time. I did provide them to my kids when they went through their not eating much stage, but no I don't think they are necessary.

It's about the same price wherever you get it, unfortunately. I think I've never paid less than 45$ for it. I would definitely recommend the cinnamon flavor; my daughter actually likes the taste and it's not that bad to me, either, and I hate fish!

Re: Does your Child take a supplement?

DS is 3 and he gets one Flinstones Gummy everyday. He eats fairly healthy, but I know he does not eat enough, so I use the gummies as a precaution.

Yep. They both have a gummy vitamin every morning with breakfast. They both started getting a vitamin when they turned 1.
