What on earth is wrong with me??

A friend of mine just announced that she's pregnant with TWINS...and I'm insanely jealous. Not just that she's pregnant, but the twins part too. I want twins...always have. She got pregnant immediately off Mirena...and I've read that the chances of twins are higher. I was going to have mine removed in Sept to TTC in Nov...now I'm tempted to wait until right before to increase my chances. It's absurd. I KNOW it's insane. But it's how I feel lol

I've always wanted twins and now that I've had this miscarriage the want is stronger than ever!

I've been thinking about you, hoping you're doing okay.

But yeah, in general, I find myself thinking the same thing...I was really hoping for twins anyway, but I kind of feel like that would bring some resolution & closure after my mc somehow. Totally doesn't make sense, but that's how I feel in my gut.

Exactly! It makes no sense because there would still be a missing baby!

I totally am the sane way too. After all of my miscarriages I wanted twins or triplets. To fill the void.

I hear you... I felt like I deserved it after what I'd been through but now I've got a singleton on board... I'm relieved. I just want my one super really special baby. That's all.

And I think there's few things harder than jealousy surrounding pregnancy. It's such a primal urge for lack of better words.
