In Indiana, you can call yourself and self-refer. I would google for your state, and then start by calling yourself.

Not to mention as a scare,but I understand not bearing weight on the legs CAN be an indication of Cerebral Palsy. Obviously in this instance she would have the much milder form of CP (Ataxic CP) as opposed to the more severe forms which most people associate CP with.
Or... she just don't wanna stand! Another resource you could try would be HeadStart.
