Tools of the Trade...

In a week, I'm returning to work after 7mos of being at home with Peanut. I'm worried about my pumping output. I just pumped while feeding her breakfast and only got 3.25oz. I'm a teacher and can only pump 3x during the day. I was wondering if anyone has used Pumpin' Pals and found them to be more comfortable. I'm also wondering if I should upgrade from my Medela hands free bra to something better. Any ideas?? Thanks, mamas!

Medela is good. More often u pump helps ur supply. I pumped every 2 to 3 hrs & ended up wiith almost 2000oz to donate. I would start sooner than later.
