What do you use Chia in?

I just got some for the first time, I plan to use them in smoothies but am looking for other ideas!

I add it to pretty much everything I can sneak it into. Bread dough, pizza dough, smoothies

I don't think they have much of a taste, but they do plump up. The pudding I make is kind of like tapioca in consistency
