I bought some for smoothies (my dad rocks & is getting me a referbiahed vitamix) but in the meantime I made some Choco chip cookies with them and they rock! :thumbs up: also plan on putting some in the kids coconut milk yogurt in the am.

Chocolate Chia Pudding is unbelievably delcious and easy! Google it. you won't regret it! It's kind of a cross between regular pudding with the texture of tapioca pudding. The kids ask for it all the time!
