Looking for a perfect toddler cover...HELP
I am looking for a cover for my 2yo. does anyone know of a cover that is:
1. Soft and stretchy like an Econobum or Flip cover 2. Side snapping, possibly can be used like a pull up 3. Fits 30 - 40 lbs 4. Fits over fitteds or prefolds pinned 5. Economical and of course CUTE We used Econobum and Flip which are great for younger babes, but he is so skinny and tall now that the trifolded prefold bunches up and slips around. Pinned prefolds do not fit under these covers. He takes off any velcro and snaps now but leaves side snaps alone. ( I have a few GAD side snap pockets) thanks for any input Amy |

Re: Looking for a perfect toddler cover...HELP
On my 30lb 2.5 year old and 43lb 4.5 year old, I use Blueberry Coveralls. Great fit for my boys!

Anyone else? Blueberrys look great but a bit pricey when I would need at least 6. I am diapering 2 right now with another on the way so durability and price is important.

Re: Looking for a perfect toddler cover...HELP
could you use Gad pockets as a cover? I have 6 used I could give you for FFS they've been sitting on FSOT for awhile but are in great shape! my son just outgrew them as pockets.... but I'm guessing you would probably need a bigger size....
I can't think of a single side-snapping cover, but I wonder if Fluffys would custom one for you? I loved her size large snap cover on my daughter, it's actually not that hard to make a cover side snapping instead of front...

Re: Looking for a perfect toddler cover...HELP
Sweet Peas has a great one size cover. Double gussets and nicely sized. It isn't side snapping though.

Yeah, the side-snapping is my hang-up too. I can't think of any side-snapping covers. What about something like sized Simplex if you're wanting to start PL?

Re: Looking for a perfect toddler cover...HELP
I was going to suggest Blueberry or Sweet Pea too--those are my favorites on my two-year-old. I'm not a fan of side-snapping so I'm no help there. I know Fishnoodles (are they Bright Star Baby now?) used to make side-snapping covers, but I don't even know if they're still in business.
ETA: Apparently they're Peachy Green now? I'm not sure. But they do make side-snapping covers. They're not necessarily economical though... http://www.peachygreendiapers.com/ca...Covers/Size-2/

The Fancy Pansy covers are great. They are front snapping though.
