I've been checking craigslist without much success. I haven't ever really been able to pump much, and with 3 little ones on the go constantly I don't really have time to sit and try. I just get frustrated with pumping and it stresses me out even more.

I'm so back and forth on the idea of formula.

I have been trying to introduce a bottle since three weeks with no success. :/. She is now 13 weeks. I will be going out pf town for three days in September so something will have to be done but she goes to daycare for 6 hours twice a week and just refuses to eat until i get there :/

Just know that ot isn't the worst thing ever either if you do have to supplement. Just be prepared with a plan so he still gets more milk from you than formula.

Why do you need to pump with little ones around? Pumping would be in replacement of times when you aren't there. If you are there with your little one, then they should be getting their milk straight from the tap.

I do both. My nannies were overfeeding her using fast nipples and breast milk so my freezer stash depleted. we very successfully supplement but she will only take formula from another person. If I'm around she only wants the breast.

Re: Anyone successfully supplement?

I am. We use preemie flow nipples with Dr. Brown standard size bottles. No latch issues or anything. She feeds on me first, then has a bottle if still not full. She has 3-4 ounces of formula each feed. At night she only nurses too.

Because sometimes its nice if dad can feed the baby. I would rather dd get used to taking a bottle on a semi consistent bases rather than have people fight to get her to accept a bottle when she does need to be away from me for a day or so.
